How to apply.
If you wish to book, please click on the booking button for the date and time you wish to book and fill in the form. Please note that if you have a preferred date other than the dates shown on the right (Saturdays are also possible), please let us know using the application e-mail. Please note that you will not be able to select a time slot that has reached the maximum booking limit. We will be holding regular consultation sessions in the future and you can consult as many times as you wish.
The consultation will be held via Zoom and the waiting room will be opened 10 minutes before the start of the consultation. Please make sure that the following environment is ready by the day of the consultation.

PC or tablet device/smartphone equipped with a webcam and microphone.
Please install the Zoom app on your prepared computer, tablet device or smartphone in advance.
Please use your real name in the Zoom, not a nickname or similar.
