The Department of Environmental Bioscience offers comprehensive courses in practical field science, from the study of wildlife to soil and water environments. The Department of Animal Science offers a broad range of courses on husbandry, animal behavior, human-animal relationships, and the relationship between food and health. The Department of Veterinary Medicine provides training for future veterinarians who will protect the health of companion animals, livestock, and wild animals.
