Facilities Affiliated with the School of Veterinary Medicine
Towada Campus is home to various facilities affiliated with the School of Veterinary Medicine. The Veterinary Teaching Hospital comprises two medical centers for small and large animals, which are comprehensive facilities that provide state-of-the-art treatment and are central to veterinary care in the Tohoku region. The Towada Experimental Farm is operated by the Field Science Center, which also manages the Yakumo Experimental Farm in southern Hokkaido.
